Best Presentation Award
Mr. Noguchi and Mr. Mochimizo were awarded a prize of the Best Presntation in The Undergraduate Research Workshop. Congratulations!
Final exam for undergraduate research
The season of graduation has come again in this year. Six of our member presented their research works in front of many audience. I hope they have done well.
Final exam for master theses
Final exam for master theses was held at Tokiwa campus and four of our members presented their own research results. It is final presentation for their research work in these three years.
Happy new year
Zodiac of the year is boar, which is regarded as a symbol of “going straight as fast as possible, without looking back!” We feel good omen for opening new door of chemistry.
End-of-year party
We had a nice party for Christmas time with good foods and quality drinks. Toasting for good works in 2018! Have a nice new year!
The 13th IoL Colloquium
The 13th IoL Colloquium was held in Tokiwa campus. In this colloquium, we invited Assist. Prof. Iwasaki, Okayama University, who gave us a very fantastic talk on novel chalcogenation reactions. IKCOC-14
IKCOC-14 was held at Kyoto. Mr. Noguchi and Dr. Kawamoto attended the conference. Mr. Noguchi presented his work on orogano fluorine chemistry. We were stimulated by interesting scientific talks presented by famous scientists.
Symposium of ionic liquids chemistry
was held at Yonago, Tottori and Mr. Shiramatsu, a 2nd year master student, presented his work on solubility switchable ionic liquids. His presentation was interested among many scientists.
